She is bonded and insured. Danielle stayed over-night at our home for 5 days and cared for our 4 pets. One large dog, one small dog and two cats. She also stopped by during the day a couple of times to relieve the dogs. We have used several pet sitters in our time, but none better than Danielle Vasta of Bella's House and Pet Sitting. She is the consummate professional, and we were pleased with every aspect of her services. We think our pets were, too! In fact, going forward we will check our travel dates first with Danielle to insure she is available. You will definitely get more than you pay for when Danielle takes care of your pets and home. She sent us an information package prior to the dates needed, which included info regarding home routines (garbage pickup, etc), and necessary info on our two fur-children. She then came to meet us and the kids ahead of time, and get acquainted with all of us, the house, etc. Her paperwork is impeccable, and covers everything from the Vet's name, and permission to go there in the event of an emergency, to an itemized list of daily activities including the reactions of the pets and how they ate, etc. Danielle also called to report and kept in touch to make sure we weren't in question of anything. We have one rescue dog that can sometimes be scary for some, since he is moody. She handled him with ease and are now "Best Buds"; our little guy, 6 lbs., didn't want her to leave. She surprised us with photos of our pets while we were gone, and one in a darling frame, decorating our table that also had our mail sorted, and the daily event logs. Danielle was polite, professional, smart, very organized and fun to have around. Her enthusiasm is wonderful and is eager to please. She took great care of our home and pets. She allowed us to enjoy our getaway, and not worry about our home or pets. We now cannot wait to go on another trip. My only problem is that I think my fur children like her MORE than us! They got along famously on their first meeting.
