| Initial Meeting: This is a short visit (five minutes) to briefly meet. During this time Danielle the Owner will present you with your New Client Packet. This meeting is important to Danielle as she wants to be able to personally meet every one of her clients. This also gives the client the ability to meet the owner and ask any questions he/she may have. Consultation Visit: Set up 48 hours after the Initial Visit, the goal of this meeting is for the client to meet their sitter . During this time, the Client Profile, Pet Profile, Service Agreement, and Cancellation Policy will be reviewed. TWO copies of your house key must be provided with payment in full. Payment: First time clients must mail full payment during the consultation visit. Established clients are to leave payment in full in a designated area of the home. Failure to do so may result in a late fee of ten (10) dollars each day. Cancellations: In order to best serve your needs, the strict cancellation policy is as follows: Day Visits are subject to a two (2) week cancellation period. Overnights are subject to a four (4) week cancellation period. Cancellation period begins the first day of the service period. Client will be responsible for half the total invoice if canceled within this time period. Trespassers: For the safety of your four-legged loved ones and home, no other persons shall be permitted in your home during the service period. Failure to comply will result in a breach of contract. Minimum Visit: All dogs will be visited no less than every 12 hours, although recommended three times a day. All cats will be visited no less than once every 24 hrs, but STRONGLY recomended every 12 hrs. No exceptions will be made. This is for the health of your fur-baby. |
